About The Event

Interested in learning more about the signs of erosion in your local creek? Come out to the Wissahickon Valley Watershed Association for a special training led by Villanova University.

At this training, you'll learn how to spot erosion of streambanks and what that might mean for the health of your creek. We'll also discuss ways citizen scientists can potentially get involved with monitoring the rate of erosion in their local waterways!

RSVP with Frankie Lazauskas of TTF, or email us!

!!! Please do NOT park at the Wissahickon Valley Watershed Association’s barn (unless you know you have difficulty walking, then please let me know you want to park here). Unfortunately there isn’t enough space to fit Stream Keepers from all of the watershed groups in that parking lot. Please follow this map to park at Cornerstone Church in Ambler and walk on the trail to the barn (less than a mile).
