About The Event
Meet: Parking spots along Parkwood Youth soccer field (Field 4 & 5) on Mechanicsville Rd (use these coordinates in Google Maps: 40.105216, -74.967436). Planting 8 saplings along the perimeter of the soccer fields on Mechanicsville Rd.
Please wear/bring: Clothes you don’t mind getting dirty/muddy; Boots/sturdy shoes for digging; Mask; Water; and Hat.
If you have preferred items you would like to bring: Work gloves, shovels or other tools.
We will bring: Shovels, Gloves, Trees, Tree guards.
Monday’s weather will be ideal for planting (cool and damp). The event has been confirmed for Monday.
