February Water Quality Sampling

Quarterly water quality sampling was once again completed in mid-February with a small crew of BCCD staff. Samples were collected on the main stem (Holy Family University) and tributaries (near Cornwells Elementary, Bensalem and Pennsylvania Blvd, Feasterville) and are awaiting analysis by our partners at the Academy of Natural Sciences. Physical measurements of the stream channel and general water chemistry parameters (temperature, dissolved oxygen, pH and conductivity) were also collected.
