On Saturday June 12, twelve our volunteers held a cleanup at Chesterfield Road and Berea Street along Byberry Creek, zip 19114. They did a great job - collected 21 bags of trash, two shopping carts, a car battery, two lawn chairs, a rug and vinyl siding. Our VP Jeanne Capone shared the tally with the Northeast Times weekly newspaper. An article in there was published on june 19, 2018: https://northeasttimes.com/friends-of-poquessing-watershed-clean-up-byberry-creek-a5b382f3de15.
